The children enjoyed and appreciated spending time together! We as a staff also had some good meetings and a very blessed day fasting and praying. We had some fun too, on Sunday we travelled to Ruacana waterfalls. The falls were dry, but it was still a magnificent view! On our return to Windhoek on Tuesday, we drove through Etosha and saw many animals. We wanted to see a lion very badly, but unfortunately they were hiding. Dante now calls Oshikuku second best place to visit. He loves spending time at the Ark Keetmanshoop. We not only had a safe trip, but the children were healthy and we all had a good time. We are so grateful to God for the work and ministry in Namibia, but more so we thank God for the people who are on our team. The weekend was spent just sharing with one another regarding the work, but mostly about what it means to live by faith. Working for Christ's Hope is a faith journey, one has to trust and rely on God daily, not only for His provision, but also for wisdom and guidance to do what we believe God has called us for. Please pray especially for our ministry in Oshikuku, we are in need of sufficient funding for the ministry. Also pray for one of our staff members, she needs an operation and the cost of the operation is a little more than N$ 100 000.00. We are trusting God for healing, either miraculously or through providing the much needed funds for the operation. Another staff member would like to visit his family in Zambia, he has not been home in six years. Please pray that God will provide the funds.

Visit to Oshikuku
For quite some time we have been planning to visit the ministry centre in Oshikuku. Well the day finally arrived. We scheduled our monthly Prayer and Fasting meeting in conjunction with a re-union for the children who used to stay in the Ark Okahandja. The journey started on Thursday when two staff members of the Ark Keetmanshoop and two children drove down to Rehoboth to spent the night at the Ministry Centre in Rehoboth. Friday morning early they left Rehoboth with staff and more children. They picked us and some more staff and children in Windhoek, from there we proceed to Okahandja to pick some more people. After Okahandja we stopped in Grootfontein and pick up one child after which we were suppose to pick up another child in Ondangwa. Unfortunately her transport from Katima Mulilio arrived only late that Friday night. We arrived in Oshikuku at about 19h30. Two vehicles with 24 people. All in all we got 11 of the 15 children together for the re-union.
